About 8 years ago I moved overseas to teach English, and it was terrifying. I thought I wouldn't be a great teacher. I was afraid I would be lonely. But God called me and I went - out of a desire of obedience, but also out of fear, as I didn't want to step away from what God was calling me to do.
While teaching, I was lonely, and I definitely wasn't an outstanding teacher. But I learned a lot, and I know that God used that time to accomplish great things - though it wasn't until many years later that I was able to see that.

The safest place to be is with God.
“Behold, God is my salvation;
I will trust, and will not be afraid;
for the Lord God is my strength and my song,
and he has become my salvation.” Isaiah 12:2
